The Wretched Of The Earth

Frantz Fanon was born on the Caribbean island of Martinique (July 20, 1925 – December 6, 1961); he was a philosopher, psychiatrist and revolutionary, who wrote primarily on issues such as colonization, imperialism, and anti-colonial liberation movements.

The ‘Wretched of The Earth’ is considered Fanon’s magnum opus; a critique of both nationalism and imperialism. While ‘Black Skin, White Masks’ explores the meaning of Black identity, Black consciousness and the impact racism has on the colonized.

The following are the full texts of Frantz Fanon’s ‘The Wretched of The Earth’ and ‘Black Skin, White Masks’
